I am writing about an issue I experienced on 1win in the Aviator game on 15 January, where my winning amount was deducted without any explanation. From my winnings, 500 INR was taken, and I did not receive this money. After noticing the missing 500 INR, I submitted a complaint to 1win customer support, but I have not received any reply so far, which is very disappointing. I clearly request that my deducted amount of 500 INR be refunded to my account immediately and that I be given a clear explanation of why this amount was taken from my Aviator winnings on 15 January.
