We Bought Michelin Car Tires, Now Suffering Vibrations on the Road
Hello, for our company vehicle, Yıldız Görer Emlak Otomotiv San. Tic. Ltd. Ltd. We purchased 4 Michelin 4-season vehicle tires from the Mersin dealer on 18.10.2023. But after the tires are installed on the vehicle, the vehicle vibrates. When we contacted the company we bought it from, they said that they had opened an application on our behalf and received a rejection response. The center did not provide any control or review while giving its rejection answer. The branch we received opened a file on our behalf 3 times, but received a rejection response from all 3 files. We are having difficulty reaching customer services and we are requesting this rejection via e-mail in order to assert our rights in the consumer arbitration committee. They do not forward this e-mail either. We are experiencing great suffering. This indifference of a company like Michelin made us very aggrieved. We want to reach the necessary solution.
