Bridgestone Refuses to Replace My 2023 Clio Turanza Tire With Bulge

On my 2023 Clio, the right rear Bridgestone Turanza tire, also produced in 2023, developed a bulge. I noticed this issue two days ago, and the tire is still under warranty. I contacted customer service regarding my complaint, and although I live in Sapanca, I was directed to a dealer 40 km away in Erenler. Even though the same dealer has a branch in Sapanca, I was told they could not perform the inspection there. I was also informed that the inspection process would take 20 days. When I asked how I would manage without a spare tire, they said they could not provide one and offered no solution. The bulging problem is only on the right rear tire, and the other tires do not show any similar issue. Therefore, as shown in the attached photo, I believe the bulge is due to an internal defect, and since the tire is under warranty, I request that the defective tire be replaced free of charge.
