My ASUS ROG B550-F Gaming Motherboard Failed, Void Warranty

16

My Asus ROG B550-F Gaming motherboard, purchased on March 15, 2023, left me in despair just nine months later when attempts to power on my PC failed miserably. Rushing to the service center, I was shocked to learn that they attributed the issue to 'oxidation due to foreign substance contact,' an unexpected and puzzling diagnosis. To add insult to injury, the repair quote for a motherboard that costs ₺5,000 online skyrocketed to ₺7,850, including VAT.

As if that weren't enough, my motherboard was unjustly declared out of warranty. I vehemently dispute this, given that my home environment is devoid of any conditions conducive to moisture, humidity, or the infiltration of water droplets into the computer case. I demand a correction to this blatant error!
