Asus Repair Service Tried to Charge Despite Laptop Warranty

I bought this laptop from your company because I'm a big fan of your products. The warranty for my laptop is valid until 2025. I sent it to your repair center in Istanbul, but they told me I have to cough up $800 for the repairs and replacements. They said there was a problem with the motherboard, but that's not true. Regrettably, I didn't receive any help, and they're asking for a substantial sum. Hopefully, the folks in charge at the company will grasp the gravity of this situation. Being a Syrian student under temporary protection in Turkey, I am considered a refugee. I purchased the laptop about a month ago, and it's covered by warranty until 2025. The screen unexpectedly went black while the device was in use. I tried everything; took out the RAM and memory, but the problem just wouldn't go away. So, when I took it in for maintenance, they told me that the laptop was defective. Even though my product is still covered by warranty, the cost of repairs is beyond my budget and poses a significant financial burden. I hope you grasp the gravity of the situation. The staff at your service center in Istanbul were not very helpful, and the service quality was not up to par.
