I recently purchased the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 with promising specs, but within three weeks, it has become a tech nightmare. The battery charges in 10 minutes, only to deplete rapidly, and occasional errors leave the screen unresponsive. Despite its warranty until 2025, I regret choosing ASUS. The absence of a nearby ASUS service center compounds my frustration, leaving me without face-to-face support. I'm at a loss on how to proceed, and ASUS has lost a once-loyal customer. Additionally, the laptop runs at a scorching 70-80 degrees even when idle, spiking to 100 degrees during gaming. This hardware flaw marks the beginning and end of my ASUS experience. When I play games, the temperature goes up to 100 degrees. There is also a hardware issue. This is the first and last time for me; I hope I get a response. The CPU gets very hot; normally, this computer should be at 30, at most 45 degrees when idle. Even when it's closed in the background, it runs between 70 and 80 degrees while idle, and the computer sometimes shuts down as if it's been unplugged. When the computer arrived, I would put it back in its box when I was done with it.
