I bought an Asus TUF Gaming F15 with 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, and an i7 processor with a 3060 ti. It's been 3 weeks, and the computer is nothing like I expected. The battery charges and discharges in 10 minutes, and sometimes it gives errors and the screen doesn't turn on. It has a warranty until 2025, but if I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. I'm very disappointed with Asus and feel victimized. There's no Asus service center near me, so I can't go and talk to them face-to-face. I don't know what to do. I'm so put off by Asus that I won't shop from them again. Asus should let everyone know about this. Additionally, the computer runs at 70 degrees when idle. When I play games, the temperature goes up to 100 degrees. There is also a hardware issue. This is the first and last time for me; I hope I get a response. The CPU gets very hot; normally, this computer should be at 30, at most 45 degrees when idle. Even when it's closed in the background, it runs between 70 and 80 degrees while idle, and the computer sometimes shuts down as if it's been unplugged. When the computer arrived, I would put it back in its box when I was done with it.
