Asus ROG Strix G17PV Laptop Warranty Voided Unfairly

Approximately 10 months ago, I purchased an Asus ROG Strix G17PV model laptop. From the very first day, it would freeze while in sleep mode, and the fans would run at full speed, reaching high temperatures. Since I use the laptop for work, I didn't want to send it for warranty service, so I replaced the thermal paste myself. This somewhat reduced the high temperature issue, but the freezing problem persisted. When I finally sent it to technical service, they informed me that while thermal paste maintenance is not prohibited for desktop PCs, it is for laptops. Because I applied thermal paste, they voided my warranty and told me I had to pay ₺750. Despite explaining that the issue was not related to the thermal paste and that the laptop had this problem before, they insisted that my 14-month warranty was voided due to this simple application.
There is no user error here; you cannot void my warranty just because I applied thermal paste. Moreover, there were no warranty stickers or warnings on the laptop, so you cannot impose such restrictions without notifying customers. I have filed a complaint with CIMER and will proceed to court based on the outcome.
