Hello, about 3 years ago, I decided to add liquid cooling to my self-built computer and bought the "MSI MAG Coreliquid 360R." Approximately a year later, after not using the computer for some time, on November 13, 2023, I decided to change the thermal paste on the processor. However, when I reinstalled the liquid cooling, I saw that in the BIOS, it was running at 84-85 degrees under no load. When Windows opened, I saw 112 degrees, and the PC automatically shut down. After two days of searching, I found that the product has a chronic problem, and I don't understand the situation.

On the official MSI website, entering the product serial number redirected me to ServisPoint, and after several calls to the specified number, I was able to contact customer service. On November 23 at 14:33, I had a conversation with a woman lasting 6 minutes and 19 seconds. During the conversation, I explained the situation and mentioned that the warranty for the product expired 2 months ago but that it was not my fault; it's a chronic problem. After my plea for help, she asked me to wait a minute and then said, "Search for ServisPoint on Google and send the product to the specified address." Therefore, on the same day, I sent the product within two hours, paying for the shipping from my pocket.

After the device was delivered, I received a call, they provided a receipt number and asked me to keep an eye on it from there. Every day, I monitored it, but it was pointless because there was only an expectation of the result, and apart from the declared result, there was nothing. They claimed they sent me an email, but I didn't use that address; nevertheless, I found and checked it. There were no emails.

So, in the end: no emails, my money for shipping went in vain, and in the box, there was an extra cut cable, but it's unrelated to the product. I sent the product in the original packaging, and the box returned to me torn.

The product has accumulated a chronic problematic substance in the liquid, and when I turned the computer case upside down to change the thermal paste, these substances got into the radiator fan, i.e., inside the pump, and hinder it from rotating. And they say it's my fault. When the warranty of the product expires, there is usually no free right to repair or replace. However, in some cases, the manufacturer or seller may authorize repair or replacement regardless of the warranty, recognizing chronic problems that occurred within a certain period. That's customer care and product support.
