I took my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 laptop to the authorized Acer Service for a thermal paste replacement and fan cleaning. I also inquired about the possibility of updating the BIOS and drivers. After waiting 9 days without any response, I finally went to the service center myself. To my surprise, I was informed that the fans needed to be replaced at an exorbitant price. However, I had never experienced any unusual noise or performance issues with the fans, nor did I request this service. Later, when I inspected the laptop, I found that nothing had been done for the service charge I had paid. I am filing a complaint against Acer Türkiye’s authorized service and am seeking a resolution to this issue.
I still haven't received any response from the company SMS Infocom. I also applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee last month. They requested a defense from the company three weeks ago, and they still haven't bothered to reply.
