Asus Failed to Repair My VivoBook 15 and Ignored Warranty Replacement Terms

I bought an Asus VivoBook 15 laptop from Amazon on December 7. After using it for a few days, I noticed it wouldn’t charge, so I opened a service request on December 12. After waiting four days for UPS to pick up the package, I contacted them and found out that Asus hadn’t notified the courier. After finally managing to hand over the laptop to the courier, the service status has shown "under inspection" for the past three days. When I called customer service again, I reminded them that according to the warranty terms, if the laptop isn’t repaired within 10 business days from the date of notification, they are required to provide a replacement device. The representative denied this obligation. I’ve purchased many products from Asus before, but their after-sales support is nonexistent. Asus has been nothing but a disappointment. I will initiate legal action with the supporting documents and recorded calls I have.

Yesterday, SMS Infocomm technical service entered into the system that they repaired the computer and shipped it. I call Yurtiçi Kargo, and they say it hasn't been delivered. The more serious part is that the Asus customer representative is telling a childish lie, saying it was delivered but no barcode was created. I've been an Asus customer for 10 years, and they're playing games with even me. Either give me my money or my computer. Otherwise, I will seek compensation for my material and moral damages through the court.

It's been a month and I still haven't been able to use it. My work and education have been disrupted. After two days, it stopped charging. I waited 4 days for it to be picked up. Then I delivered it myself with my own efforts. It waited 5 days in the technical service without any action being taken. After much arguing, they sent it back. Now it charges intermittently. It will go to the technical service for the second time.
