Asus Refused to Replace My Faulty Laptop Just 18 Days After Warranty Period
ASUS Disappointment! This is NOT Customer Service! I purchased a device on August 20, 2024, and had to send it to service on March 10, 2025, due to a keyboard issue. They replaced the keyboard, but the very next day, the same problem occurred again! However, they refused to replace the device, claiming that the 6-month period had exceeded by 18 days. Is this what ASUS calls customer satisfaction? The issue is clearly unresolved, yet they hide behind warranty policies and leave the customer stranded. I am extremely dissatisfied with ASUS and their customer service! They have completely failed in customer support! I will NEVER buy or recommend an ASUS product again! With this kind of irresponsibility, they will continue to lose customers!
