Asus Rog Cetra Wireless Headphone Replacement

I purchased the Asus Roc Cetra wireless earphones from your reseller, Turkcell, on June 20, 2023. The goods was defective right out of the box, much to my dismay. I brought it to the Turkcell store for an exchange, but no replacement has yet been issued. Despite my efforts to follow up, no response or resolution has been received. I've been assured several times that someone will contact me, yet the matter remains unresolved. I'm contacting you personally because I believe you, as the manufacturer, can resolve this issue. Turkcell's inaction has harmed the image of your product. In this regard, I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. You will find the invoice and other pertinent product information attached. I appreciate your rapid attention to this situation and assistance in addressing it.
