I feel compelled to address a significant issue I've faced on a reputable platform, and I want to emphasize my intention to pursue legal action to assert my rights. It's crucial for everyone to be informed about the following matters:
On March 28, 2023, I purchased an Airpods Pro 2nd Gen (model mqd83tu/a) from DSM Grup Danışmanlık company through Trendyol. Due to charging issues, I delivered the device to the authorized service center on February 13, 2024. To our surprise, the device, which we trusted because of its warranty, was returned by the KVK service center with the information that it was not an original product. We requested re-delivery with the invoice and asked for reports proving its originality. On January 4, 2024, we received our return with a report stating that it was not original. Subsequently, we contacted Trendyol Assistant at least five times, but since the seller appears to be a company they operate, all communication routes led to Trendyol's call system and became dead ends. Despite requesting time for resolution, there was no follow-up - despite promises of a response within 3 to 5 days. Or, they abruptly ended the live chat by stating "Your internet connection is unstable." Furthermore, during one call, it was strongly insisted that the seller was authorized. I possess all records of these interactions, which will be shared with the relevant parties. Finally, after all these months without resolution, on February 26, 2024, I visited Apple support at Zorlu Center and proved that my device was indeed one of the counterfeits produced by copying the serial number from an original. I intend to exhaust all available avenues to ensure widespread awareness of this issue and to seek appropriate action.
