Baseus AirNora Headphones Right Side Stops Working

On September 18, 2025, I bought a pair of Baseus AirNora headphones from the Media Markt store in Adana. Just two days after I purchased the product, the right side stopped working altogether. Even though the headphones were fully charged and the connection had no issue, I couldn’t get any sound from the right earbud. The sales advisor praised the product very highly — yet the headphones failed in less than three days.

So far I haven’t returned to the store, but I will go as soon as possible to request a refund. If my request is not accepted, I will contact the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I still have the receip. I demand that the store stand behind a product that failed so quickly, and that my issue be resolved promptly.
