Free Fire Support Closed My Report Without Restoring My Account

My Free Fire account linked with Facebook was hacked on 19/09/2025 and since then I have not been able to regain access to it. The in‑game ID of the account is 47055929. First my password and phone number were changed, then the email address was also changed. After that, the in‑game name and all other details of the account were changed, so I completely lost control over it. I reported this situation to Free Fire support and my report was marked as successful, but no action was taken afterwards and I have received no real help or solution. This is an account on which I spent a lot of money and time, and it is very upsetting that I cannot access it and that no one has helped me so far. I kindly request that my Free Fire account with ID 47055929, which was hacked and whose login information and profile were changed without my consent, be thoroughly investigated and restored to me, and that the current unauthorized user’s access be blocked.
