My New Asus VivoBook Has Issues with Battery and Internet, It Feels Second-Hand

Ever since I bought the Asus VivoBook, it’s been impossible to use. The computer feels like it’s second-hand or even fourth-hand. But I bought it brand new. There’s a wind-like noise when charging and during normal use, the battery drains quickly, and it has trouble connecting to the internet. The ₺15,000 I spent went straight down the drain; I bought it to study for the KPSS, but I couldn’t use it at all. When I contacted the seller, they brushed me off, and after the return period expired, the computer I sent to the service center was just updated and sent back. Even if we put other issues aside, how is a computer supposed to be used without the Internet? The fingerprints that appear when I touch it don’t go away even when I wipe it, and my hands aren’t even oily. How will you make this right?
