Asos.com Charged Me Extra €742 on DHL Delivery

Yesterday, I placed an order on Asos.com for €139. According to their policy, orders under €150 shouldn't incur customs fees, and since my order exceeded €100, I should have received free standard shipping. However, despite choosing free DHL delivery, I was charged an additional €742 for shipping. This is clearly a mistake as their policy states otherwise.
I kindly request a full refund of the €742 shipping charge. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to file a complaint with Consumer Protection Authorities.
