Farfetch Refused to Refund My 422 € Golden Goose Return

I experienced a problem during the return process for a pair of Golden Goose shoes (Order No: M2MSHE) that I ordered from Farfetch to my address in Spain. After the item was shipped, I requested a return because I didn’t want to deal with customs procedures. However, Farfetch informed me that I would have to cover the UPS return shipping cost. Since I didn’t know how much that cost would be, I couldn’t proceed with the return, and the shoes remained stuck in customs.

This issue has been ongoing for about two months. I contacted Farfetch customer service and asked for the UPS return fee to be deducted from the 422 € I paid for the shoes, with the remaining amount refunded to my credit card. My request was denied, and no solution was offered.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I want my issue resolved. I am requesting that the UPS return fee be deducted from the product price and the remaining balance refunded to my credit card.
