Farfetch Refuses to Cover Return Costs Despite Free Returns Policy

I purchased a textile item from Farfetch.com for €165.80, including €20 shipping. However, customs fees were 5 to 6 times the product price, so I wanted to return the item without picking it up from customs. I informed Farfetch and requested a refund. After a week of effort, the return still hasn’t been approved with UPS Turkey. Farfetch’s website states that returns within 30 days are free, but they refuse to cover return shipping costs and insist I pay them myself. UPS Turkey quoted €165 for return shipping. This means even if I return the product, I’m unlikely to get any refund. Buyers must take this risk before shopping on Farfetch. Farfetch, please honor your free return policy and resolve this immediately.
