My Asics Running Shoes Tore After 3 Months and Boyner Blamed Me for It

I bought a pair of Asics running shoes from Boyner’s online store on November 29, 2024. Despite not using them daily and never even running in them, the shoes tore from the upper mesh area within just 3 months. These were marketed as performance running shoes, yet they couldn’t even handle light, casual use.
On March 11, 2025, I visited a Boyner store and submitted the shoes for inspection. A short time later, I received a message stating the damage was due to consumer misuse. That’s completely unacceptable. If simply wearing the shoes counts as misuse, then what's the purpose of selling them in the first place?
The material clearly lacked durability, and the response from both Asics and Boyner shows a complete lack of accountability. I expected both the brand and the retailer to stand behind the product, especially when it's defective after such a short period.
Progress
I bought Asics brand sports shoes from the Boyner store on 29/11/2024. The shoes we bought as running shoes tore within 3 months. They were sent for inspection on March 11. The result was said to be consumer error. (We were found at fault for wearing the shoes) When we complained and explained the situation, we were told to submit them for a second inspection. The result of the inspection given on March 28 was also negative. The shoes we bought for 8500 TL that tore in 3 months are a complete disappointment. We do not forgive this. Asics is a brand that does not stand behind the products it sells and sells poor quality products. Do not buy or let anyone else buy!
