I ordered sneakers from the Asics website (https://www.asics.com.tr/), they came yet decided to return them after a week as they didn't meet my needs. Let me say first that I complied with all required procedures and returned the shipment to Asics on May 2. The kicker is that they haven't returned my money despite my repeated requests over a long period of time. as usual, tried contacting customer service several times in the hopes of getting my questions answered and the issue fixed. However, instead of getting like real feedback all I heard was we'll deal with it soon. What is soon for Asics is like forever for me. If you return an item and the company has already received it, you should get your money back as soon as possible. Asics appears to take a different approach. They are holding onto my money without providing a good reason.
