ASICS Novablast 3 Quality Issues Persist Despite Assurances
I recently ordered the Novablast 3 shoes in size 44, black/green, from www.asics.com.tr. Upon receiving the product, I noticed a defect and a crack in the toe box support on the inner lining, prompting me to return it. Despite exchanging it for the same size, I encountered the exact same defect. Before placing a third order, I communicated both verbally and in writing with customer service to ensure I wouldn't face the same issue again. Despite assurances that I wouldn't encounter the problem again, the third pair of Novablast shoes arrived with the same defect.
Despite constant reassurances that my feedback had been conveyed, nothing changed, and I received no response. I expected better customer service and satisfaction from Asics, an international corporate giant. Their sole response to my written and verbal complaints was a summarized message stating, "You can return the product within 30 days." Although they claimed that returned and sold items are shipped from different warehouses, the new Novablast shoes I received had a return receipt from my previous return, stating my name. Despite their assurance that all sent shoes undergo thorough checks, it appears that they are putting the defective shoes, returned three times, back into stock and reselling them.
