Asics Sent the Wrong Shoes and Returned Them After I Sent Them Back

I ordered shoes directly from asics.com, but what I received was not what I ordered. The shoes they sent were completely different—and to make things worse, they were cheaper than the ones I actually paid for. I did the right thing and returned the incorrect items, expecting a proper resolution.
Instead, Asics sent the wrong shoes right back to me, as if mocking the situation. Are you serious? What am I supposed to do with shoes I didn’t want, didn’t choose, and that cost less than what I paid? This is beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers.
Asics, I demand that you fix this issue immediately. I want the correct pair I ordered—or a full refund, no more games. You’ve made the mistake, and now you need to take responsibility.
