Asics GEL-Excite 10 Running Shoes Tore Within 1 Year And Warranty Denied

I purchased the Asics GEL-Excite 10 model shoes from the Asics Watergarden store about 10 months ago for around ₺2,000. Before even reaching a full year of use, the shoes began to tear from the sides. I first noticed this issue about two months ago.
After the problem appeared, I sent the product to the store for inspection twice. However, each time, I was told the damage was due to user error, and the shoes were returned to me. Yet, I also showed them to a shoemaker with 20 years of experience, who confirmed that the issue was definitely not caused by misuse. Furthermore, when I purchased the shoes, I was assured they were under warranty against tearing and splitting, and I also know that Asics has a 2-year warranty policy for this type of footwear. Despite this, the store failed to honor its commitment and did not resolve my grievance.
Since I specifically purchased these shoes for running, I request that they be handled under the warranty policy and that they be replaced with a new product.
As I expected, there has been no progress. From now on, I am considering applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. You give a tear-proof guarantee, but your shoes tear before a year is up and you cannot stand behind this. Congratulations.
