I Face Premature Wear on Asics Trabuco Max 3 and Gel-Nimbus Despite 2-Year Warranty

I am a professional runner and selected my shoes carefully based on terrain. I purchased the Asics Trabuco Max 3 for trail running and the Asics Gel-Nimbus for road use, prioritizing quality over cost. I was specifically told both pairs came with a 2-year warranty, which gave me confidence in the brand.
Unfortunately, within less than a year, both shoes began to fall apart—one tore at the toe, the other along the side. I took them back to the authorized Asics retailer where I made the purchase, and they sent the shoes in for inspection. But shockingly, just a few days later, I was told the damage was due to “user error” and that no action would be taken.
This is incredibly disappointing. I trusted Asics to stand behind their premium pricing and warranty promises. These shoes were not mistreated, they were used as intended, yet they did not last even 12 months. As a professional runner who needs durable footwear, this experience has damaged my trust in the Asics brand.
I demand that Asics honor the warranty and either replace the defective products or issue a full refund. This level of customer support is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself on durability and professional performance.
