I bought the company's Akspor store on September 24, 2022. On April 19, 2023, I used the gel excite 9 men product, which costs 1200 TL and is shown in the extract, for a total of 3 months in only 6 months. This was because the tip of my right toe and little finger had been punctured. I gave it to the Akspor store so that it could be sent back to Asics for a return or exchange. When I got it on May 12, 2023, there was a note with it telling me that the product had been looked at by Asics's technical team and that there would be no refund. I want my product to be replaced or for the steps to be taken to get my money back.
