The Upper Fabric of Asics Brand Shoes Was Perforated Within A Month
My right thumb came out of the fabric of my Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 model sneakers, which I purchased from the Sportive Mall of Istanbul store in May 2024, after only one month of use. I had previously purchased the same style, and my left big toe came off within a month. Then they decided to exchange it, called me, apologized, and expressed regret. They responded: "If you wish, buy it again, let's look again if the same problem occurs." However, there have been hundreds of complaints and feedback on forums about upper cloth perforation. Why did you insist on selling a shoe with a defective and chronic condition for ₺7300? Now that I checked at the site, the sneaker is no longer for sale. I bought this shoe based on a suggestion because my scallop bones were shattered, but the fingers protruded after only one month of wear. I didn't run or play ball; I merely used it daily while recovering from a fractured foot. This situation has left me feeling incredibly victimized. As a lawyer, I am really uncomfortable with this circumstance. Assume the first time was unlucky, but the problem persists the second time. I would like you to promptly address this victimization. Please, don't make me wait a month for shoes. I have terrible foot problems. Please call me so we can discuss this.
