After Three Months of Use, the Asics Sport Shoes Fell Apart

In October 2022, I bought a pair of Asics running shoes for my daughter. After only three months of use, they tore. Asics said the shoes were damaged because they got wet, even though she only wore them for volleyball practice three times a week and we took good care of them. But this is not the case. I tried to get help from customer service, but they were not helpful and refused to do anything about the problem. Asics is supposed to be a high-quality brand that cares about its customers, but this hasn't been the case. As a Turkish customer who bought the shoes and paid a lot of money for them, I expect a better answer to my concerns.
