My Asics Shoes Tore in 1 Month and Store Ignored My Warranty Claim

I bought a warranty-covered pair of Asics sneakers, and shockingly, they tore within just one month—with no impact, no scuffing, and no misuse involved. Despite this, the store provided no solution: no refund, no exchange, no repair. Their excuse? “The product was manufactured abroad.” If you’re selling these shoes in Turkey, you should also provide after-sales service locally.
The customer experience I had at the Mall of Istanbul Asics store was unacceptable. When I first sent the shoes in for review, they couldn’t even locate the product code. On my second attempt, I was told the shoes would arrive at the store and that I’d be notified via SMS. But no message ever came. When I finally visited the store days later to follow up, I found out the shoes had already been sitting there—without a single update from the team.
Their system is inefficient, and there is zero sense of customer care. I expected more from a global brand like Asics, but I was met with a lack of communication, poor service, and no accountability for a faulty product that should have never worn out so quickly.
Asics, I’m demanding a proper resolution—either repair the product or offer a refund or voucher. This kind of negligence seriously damages your brand’s reputation. Please take responsibility and fix this immediately.
