Asics Lost My Shoes Sent To Inspection!! And No Reply!!

I bought a shoe on 04.02.2023 from Asics Turkey online shop for my daughter( invoice attached)Although my daughter wore it only 3 days at trainings after a short while (2-3 months) shoe toe stitches were damaged. I attached the detailed photos. Then i sent the shoes for inspection to Asics Turkey. (Delivery receipt attached). Even this is product fault they informed this is not on guarantee. After then another story. They havent sent even our fault shoe back to us and there is no answer. I guess they lost it. I will also start legal transaction to solve our problem. I am waiting from them to replace our shoe or refund our money.
