Asiana Airlines Cabin Crew Accused of Disrespectful Alcohol Service
On July 23, during my Asiana Airlines flight OZ551 from Korea to Istanbul (ICN–IST), we were seated in seats 23H and 23J. During the flight, when I requested a second glass of wine before going to sleep, a member of the cabin crew responded in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. In addition, the way the crew member addressed me made me feel uncomfortable in front of other passengers. At the same time, I clearly observed that the passenger seated in front of me was served four glasses of alcohol without any issue. This situation negatively affected my travel experience and caused me significant discomfort. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed so that similar discriminatory and inappropriate behavior does not occur again.
