Southwind Airlines Cabin Crew Behavior Disrupted Passenger Comfort on International Flight

On your Jeddah–Istanbul flight departing at 11:40 on January 3, 2026, I was disturbed by the behavior of the cabin crew working in the rear section of the aircraft, including one male flight attendant named M******. The crew displayed a very indifferent attitude toward passenger requests, and throughout the flight they were loudly talking among themselves and laughing in the back of the cabin. Because of this constant noise and laughter, I was unable to rest during the flight, and the journey was very uncomfortable for me. On a long flight, cabin crew are expected to pay attention to passenger comfort, but instead their behavior had the opposite effect and left me disappointed. I respectfully request that the cabin crew members involved be warned and that greater care be taken to ensure staff adhere to passenger service standards and proper cabin conduct rules.
