Airbnb Hasn’t Refunded Me for a Canceled Booking After 20 Days

On February 15, 2025, I booked a three-bedroom home in İzmir Eşrefpaşa through my spouse’s Airbnb account, paying ₺4000 with my credit card for a one-night stay.

When we went to check the property, the host informed us that there was no heating and that staying there would be extremely uncomfortable. The host convinced us to cancel before even entering the house, so we immediately processed the cancellation through Airbnb.

However, despite 20 days passing, I have yet to receive my refund. This is completely unacceptable. Airbnb, process my refund immediately—I should not have to wait this long for a booking I never even used!
