VivensT Failed to Deliver My Furniture and Now Won't Refund My Money
Two months ago, I ordered furniture that never arrived. After waiting for an extended period, I made the decision to cancel the order. Now, I'm facing a new problem: I'm unable to receive a refund for my purchase. I've been attempting to contact the company via phone, but their response has been consistently unresponsive or slow when it comes to processing my refund. It's mind-boggling how they believe this is an acceptable way to operate a business. I'm owed ₺40,000, and it seems as though they're completely disregarding me. Before taking any legal action, my lawyer recommended that I share my thoughts in this review. I feel completely powerless in this situation and I implore the company to address this matter promptly and reimburse me without delay.
Vivense paid a portion of what it owes, and I am waiting for the rest. I hope I don't have to wait much longer. I expect your assistance. I am addressing the officials of this brand.
