Arzum Linda Ar569 Hairdryer Motor Malfunction, Not Repaired Under Warranty
I bought the Arzum Linda Ar569 hairdryer from the Metro store on May 3rd, 2021. While the warranty was still valid, the hairdryer had problems with its motor. I brought it to the service center, and they told me that they had replaced the motor. Then, they gave the device back to me. When I checked it at home, I saw that the device was acting weird, and then it broke again. The next day, I took the device back to the service center and let them know about the problem. After about two to three weeks, the service center reached out to me and let me know that they wouldn't be able to replace the motor. They told me to get in touch with customer service instead. I was talking to a customer service representative, and they told me that the warranty doesn't cover the motor issue. They replaced the motor initially just to make me happy, but now they think the problem with the motor is my fault. When I went to the service center again, they told me that they could replace the motor again but I would have to pay extra. I said no to that. The warranty on the device is still good for one more year. I want a new device instead of this one. If I don't get a positive response, I'll reach out to the Consumer Rights Protection Court.
