Arzum Robotek X2 Smart Robot Vacuum Constantly Breaks, But Replacement Denied
I purchased the Arzum Robotek X2 Smart Robot Vacuum on December 15, 2021. For the first year, I used it without any issues and was satisfied. After 1 year and 2 months, the bumper broke, and I took it to the warranty service. After the bumper replacement, the robot started to have issues perceiving surrounding objects correctly, it collided incorrectly, and experienced charging problems. I sent it to service again, and this time, they claimed there were no problems. When the robot returned, one of the dust-collecting side brushes kept falling off during cleaning. Even after installing new brushes, the problem persisted. I sent it to service again, and this time, I lost the cleaning brushes, the broken attachment was not fixed, and the brushes were installed incorrectly. Additionally, the turbo brush for cleaning came with a dirty bandage. I've sent the robot to service four times. According to the law, they should have provided a new product or a refund. The last time, when I ordered new brushes and cleaning tools as spare parts, they still returned with a problem. Despite the product having a 4-year warranty, it is still valid. They sent new side brushes, although I requested a new product. Now, one of the side brushes is not working again, and there are videos of this process. Due to this issue, the robot gets stuck in the carpet, doesn't move on a flat surface, and stops in place. Should I send this product to service for the sixth time? Is it worth it? This major company doesn't hesitate to send the product to service for the sixth time. They don't support their products even after the warranty period has expired. We are not on the streets collecting money; we buy the product hoping for trouble-free long-term use. When a problem arises, we expect support from the manufacturer. I have decided to turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Court, perhaps too late.
