I bought an Arzum Magiclean Neo upright rechargeable vacuum cleaner from Arzum (through Vatan Bilgisayar) on December 4, 2023. Since it arrived, the brush hasn't been rotating, so I sent it to their authorized service center, Furkan Teknik, in Bursa. They returned it saying there was nothing wrong, but the day it came back, it malfunctioned again, so I sent it back. I contacted the factory, and they said there was an error in the tube and claimed it was a user error. Despite numerous discussions where they assured me that my grievance would be resolved and even mentioned that a spare part had been ordered, the inspectors concluded that it was a user error and refused to repair or replace it. Believe me, it's been six months, and they are mocking me. The factory says okay, but the technical service says the inspector rejected it. Additionally, Furkan Teknik had asked for 500 TL for this repair, and today when I called, they asked for 970 TL. I deeply regret shopping from Arzum, a company I believe has traded its commercial trust for a small price. I have also applied to the consumer arbitration board. I seriously urge you to think carefully before shopping with this company. They do not stand behind their products nor offer solutions; they practically mock you. Due to this attitude, I especially leave the company owner to God's judgment for not seeing these customer dissatisfaction issues in his company. I also have a complaint about the "Şikayet Var" website; I made a complaint about this issue on June 12, 2024, but under my complaint, you published a complaint that has nothing to do with me or my Arzum complaint. I wonder how you managed that. I congratulate Arzum for the torment inflicted on a retired person. From now on, I won't even approach an Arzum stand, let alone enter a store that sells Arzum products.
