Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Freezing and Overheating Since Day One

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S25 FE 256 GB with 8 GB of RAM from MediaMarkt in December 2025 for approximately $921, paying in installments. Despite paying this much for a brand-new device, it has had freezing and overheating problems since the very first day. It is unacceptable to sell a phone as a “new model” when it lags and overheats even during the simplest tasks.
On top of that, a charging problem started after the latest update. Even when the phone is connected to the charger, it does not charge properly and gives meaningless warnings such as a “foreign object or moisture detected” error. When I reported these problems after purchasing the phone, I was told that they would be resolved with a software update. However, the opposite happened and the phone became even worse. In other words, I was clearly given misleading information.
I have contacted the store and the relevant representatives multiple times, but the only response I received was “send it in for warranty service.” Being forced to send a brand-new phone that cost this much to a service center from the very first day is completely unfair. I already sent my trust in the product to the warranty service when I paid this much for it.
I absolutely do not accept having to use the phone in this condition. I request that the device be evaluated as a defective product, that the problems be clearly identified, and that my situation be resolved without further delays by immediately replacing the product or issuing a full refund.
