Arzum Appliance Warranty Fail

I am disappointed with my decision to go with the Arzum brand. Even though we have a 3-year warranty on the small household appliance we bought, the service centre is refusing to fix it. It's such a shame that the product has become completely worthless after spending money on it. We weren't provided with any solutions, and it seems as if we purchased it from a street market. I would not suggest it to anyone. When I make future purchases, I'll choose a company that truly values customer satisfaction and is committed to standing behind their guarantee.
