Arzum AR3004-INX Tea Maker Rusted And Not Replaced Under Warranty



On April 29, 2025, I purchased an Arzum tea maker with the product code AR3004-INX. On November 4, 2025, I delivered it to the authorized service center because the inside and spout area had rust and coating peeling issues. The company called me the next day, claiming that the rust and peeling were caused by user error and stated that they could repair it for a fee, demanding ₺1,950 for a product still under warranty. I truly cannot understand how rust and coating damage can occur due to user error in a tea maker that has only ever been used with water. I have also filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding this matter. I am requesting a replacement of the product under warranty. If a replacement is not provided, I would like to state with all due respect that I will never again purchase any product from Arzum.
