Arzum Tea Maker Broke And Service Charged Pickup Despite Warranty

I purchased an Arzum tea maker on 07.10.2025, and it completely stopped working shortly afterward. When I contacted the authorized service, they demanded a ₺699 fee just to pick up the product from my home. I find it unacceptable to be asked for a home pickup fee for an item I believe is under warranty, especially when I cannot use the product and am left at a disadvantage. I request a free replacement for my faulty Arzum tea maker and compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced during this process.
