Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus Calendar Events Deleted After Software Update

After installing the latest software update on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus 256 GB, I noticed that all of the events I had added to my calendar had been deleted. I had been relying on the phone’s local calendar for a long time and had saved many important notes, appointments, and plans there. After the update, when I opened the calendar, I found that none of the content I had previously added was visible.

Even after trying to sync the calendar, the missing events did not return. I checked each account I might have used to save the entries, but I believe the records were stored in the phone’s local calendar, and I currently cannot access any of them. This has seriously undermined my trust in the device because I relied entirely on the Samsung Calendar app for my daily planning.

I request that Samsung urgently identify and fix this software issue and provide me with technical support to recover my deleted calendar data, if possible. I want my situation to be taken seriously and the necessary corrections to be implemented to prevent similar issues from affecting other users.
