Arçelik Sent Me Scratched and Damaged Set as New and Refuses to Exchange Them



I bought a brand new Arçelik wedding set from the Batman/Central Arçelik dealer, Mr. O***. I requested that these products be delivered to Ardahan/Center. Upon receiving the delivery, I discovered scratches on the 283615 EI refrigerator and that the 10120 MS washing machine was broken and damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the Ardahan/Central Arçelik officials, but they told me that no exchange would be made and that the items could only be repaired. Despite opening several requests for an exchange, someone named G***, the Regional Manager, keeps rejecting them. Whoever G*** is, they are tarnishing the name of Arçelik. A company like Arçelik sent me defective products, passing them off as new when they were clearly not. I feel completely defrauded by Arçelik. They sent second-hand products as if they were brand new and are refusing to accept returns. I’ve been deceived by a big company like Arçelik, and I trusted them. Every time I contact them, I learn that my request has been rejected. It's truly shameful—I was completely misled by Arçelik. They delivered a damaged product as new, and I’m left as a victim.
