Arçelik is Selling Defective Products And Not Accepting My Return!

I bought a washing machine from Arçelik on April 8, 2024. However, it fails to spin at the promised 1200 revolutions per minute; instead, it leaves the laundry drenched in water. Moreover, its washing performance is far from satisfactory. When I reached out to Arçelik customer service for a return, they said it could be arranged after a service check. They assured me of informing the center for return post-inspection. However, the regional management insisted on an exchange rather than a return. They claim that since both products come from the same factory and production line, there's no guarantee that the replacement won't have issues. In essence, I paid ₺23,000 and didn't get what I bargained for.
