I made a transaction from an Arçelik dealer for three appliances. We're getting married and needed to start preparing for our new home. One of the goods, a refrigerator, came, however they supplied the incorrect type. When I inquire about the pricing discrepancy, everyone ignores me. Arçelik customer support can't seem to help, saying they've forwarded it to the appropriate department and will call me once the necessary procedures are made. Nobody takes responsibility. Nobody appears to care. No one can answer the simple inquiry, "Where are the appliances?" It's been approximately 45 days. We had to purchase a tiny fridge while we waited for the refrigerator to arrive. We don't have a washing machine either, so I'll have to seek for one secondhand. I'm in the process of getting married, and life is already pricey; who will handle this situation? Nobody appears to be able to solve it, whether it's Koç Holding, Arçelik, or apathetic folks. I don't understand what the issue is. You claim to be a corporate entity. Isn't it a shame to treat customers this way? You've regretted our hardship. Selling the stuff I purchased will be a waste of time and money. I have a lot of debt and am attempting to get married. Is this fair?
