I own an Arçelik 63431 dishwasher, and while the main baskets are rust-free, the plate and glass holders have started rusting. When I called customer service, they dismissed it as "normal wear" and told me the only option was to purchase an entirely new basket.
Why should I pay ₺2,500 for one basket or ₺5,000 for two when the core baskets are in perfect condition? Why are only these smaller parts rusting, and is there no durability testing for these components?
I demand a reasonable solution, such as the ability to replace just the rusted parts. Arçelik should stand behind their products instead of forcing customers to buy expensive replacements. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
