Aras Kargo Branch Closed Before Hours Causing Repeated Issues

26

On October 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., I went to the Aras Kargo Soğukpınar branch, but it was closed. However, when I called customer service earlier that day to ask about the working hours, I was told the branch was open until 6:00 p.m. I traveled about 30 kilometers to reach the branch and had to drive the same distance back. This has happened twice before, meaning I have traveled nearly 200 kilometers in total for nothing. Each time, I contacted customer service, and they only created a feedback record without offering any solution. This recurring issue makes me feel wronged and undervalued. I can’t understand why the Soğukpınar branch behaves this way — I even wonder if it’s outsourced or operates independently from Aras Kargo. I request that my grievance be resolved, my travel expenses reimbursed, the branch’s working hours clearly and accurately stated, and that I receive a formal apology. I’ve also experienced similar delivery issues with a shipment from Trendyol, for which I have a delivery photo as proof. These problems only occur with the Soğukpınar branch; I’ve never had such issues with any other Aras Kargo location.
