1win Not Processing Bank Withdrawal to Mandiri Account

I have been using 1win from Indonesia for several months and have successfully withdrawn money to my bank three times before. However, on 28 February 2026, I encountered a serious problem with my withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal of 12,800,000 IDR via local bank transfer. My first withdrawal request to my BCA account was made at around 02:07 and was later canceled by 1win without a clear explanation. After that, I made a second withdrawal request of the same amount to my Mandiri bank account at around 03:32, and this second request has been pending for more than 12 hours without being credited to my bank. My game ID is 343153697. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue. On Telegram, I received no response, and on the live chat, I was only told to wait up to 24 hours, without any detailed explanation about why the first withdrawal was canceled and why the second one is still pending. I request that my withdrawal of 12,800,000 IDR be processed and credited to my Mandiri bank account as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear and transparent explanation of the situation and a prompt solution.
Hello! Thank you for contacting us. We understand your desire to receive information about the withdrawal status. Your withdrawal is being processed and is carried out within the standard time limit of up to 24 hours. Within 24 hours, your application is processed by our financial service and transferred to the payment provider. The transfer itself may take additional time on the side of the bank or payment system (from several hours to 3-5 days, depending on the method). If the transfer has not been completed after this period, please let us know in our support chat. We are always in touch and ready to help at any stage.

Why does it take 3–5 days? Is it possible that after waiting this long, I will receive a message like this from you? "We have checked the status of your withdrawal request. The funds have been returned to your gaming balance and are already available for use or for re-withdrawal. This means that the previous withdrawal attempt was not completed due to technical reasons, but the money is completely safe in your account. For repeated withdrawal, we recommend using other banking details that belong to you or another withdrawal method." I would like to know if this situation could happen after I wait for the processing period.

It has been 7 days now.

I get ticket now PMNT-4461942 and must wait 7 days period.
Hello! We understand that this situation can be frustrating. Your withdrawal request is currently being processed. While it may take some time, please be assured that we are closely coordinating with our partners to ensure your payment is completed as quickly as possible. We will inform you immediately as soon as there are any updates.

4 days now, and 1win is still replying with template messages. I don’t know what is going on with you, 1win. Please release my winnings to my bank account.

Even my email to their customer support did not receive a proper response—seriously, just another template.

I waited for 5 days, and then the amount was returned to my account.

Update: 1win told me that the payment system was the problem. But I don’t think that’s true because I tried to withdraw after my balance came back, and their payment system was clearly working. Sometimes their admin sends scam websites in the live chat before or after your balance returns to your account. My note for everyone reading this: Don’t log in to the website that the admin gives you. If you try to log in even once, your balance will become 0.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience and warning. Delays in the withdrawal of funds can indeed occur on the side of payment systems — this is a standard practice associated with internal checks of banks and providers. Transactions are often repeated successfully, as a technical failure or verification is completed by this time. We would like to draw special attention to the fact that the Official representatives of 1win never send players links to third-party sites in private messages or chats. If you receive a message suggesting that you click on the link on behalf of the administrator, these are scammers who are trying to steal your data or balance. If you still have specific questions about the operation, please write to us in the support chat on the website or at the official email of the support service. Thank you for being with us.
