Tashanwin Rejects Complaint for Verified ₹2,000 Transaction

On 28 February, I deposited ₹2000 as a game deposit to my Tashanwin account using UPI via Paytm at around 11:35 am. The payment was completed from my side, and I have the UPI reference number 398074173341 as proof of the transaction. However, despite the successful payment, the amount has still not been credited to my game wallet. I submitted a complaint through the Tashanwin app regarding this missing credit, but my request was rejected with the note that the payment was not received. Since the money has clearly been debited from my account and I have already made successful deposits on Tashanwin before, I find this response unacceptable. I request that my ₹2000 be verified using the above UPI reference number and immediately credited to my Tashanwin game wallet, or that a clear explanation be provided as to why the payment is being shown as not received even though it is successful on my side.
