My package with tracking number 5677*******34, which arrived at Aras Kargo Setbaşı Branch on 09.09.2025, was not delivered for 4 days, even though it is only 10 minutes away from the delivery address. The cargo tracking system showed incorrect and misleading information on September 9th, 10th, and 11th, stating 'Recipient does not accept the package' and 'Delivery note left.' However, I was not contacted in any way, no note was left, and the package was not delivered.
During this process, it was impossible to reach Aras Kargo customer service; I was constantly told they were outside working hours. On Saturday, I received an SMS saying 'Your package has been delivered,' but I did not receive my package. When I called the branch, they again stated that they were outside working hours. On 12.09.2025, I was informed that my package was sent back from Setbaşı branch to Maslak branch due to 'recipient-related return.' It also appears that a transaction was made at the İkitelli Transfer point during this process.
Not only did I not receive my product worth 899 TL, but I also could not reach supplementler.com customer service; my calls were not answered, and I was told 'we are busy' and could not speak to anyone. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, but I know that people around me have had similar grievances. There is no change or deficiency in my address, and no explanation was given as to why my package was not delivered.
I request that my package be delivered to me, that a solution such as a refund be offered to compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced, and that an apology be made for the mistake. I demand that customer satisfaction be ensured.
