My Package Worth Was Not Delivered and Falsely Marked as Returned

On September 9, 2025, my package with tracking number 5677*******34 arrived at the Aras Kargo Setbaşı Branch, only 10 minutes away from the delivery address, yet it was not delivered for 4 days. The cargo tracking system falsely showed notes on September 9–11 such as “Recipient not accepting the package” and “Delivery note left,” even though no one contacted me, no note was left, and the package was never delivered. During this time, it was impossible to reach Aras Kargo customer service, as I was constantly told they were outside working hours. On Saturday, I even received an SMS saying, “Your package has been delivered,” but I never received it. When I called the branch, I was again told it was outside working hours. On September 12, 2025, I was informed that my package had been sent back from the Setbaşı branch to the Maslak branch with the excuse of “return due to recipient.” The tracking also showed processing at the İkitelli transfer point. My ₺899 product never reached me, and I was also unable to reach supplementler.com customer service, as my calls were either unanswered or I was told “we are busy.” This is the first time I have had such a problem, but I know of others experiencing similar issues. There is no change or error in my address, and no explanation was given as to why my package was not delivered. I request that my package be delivered to me, that compensation or another solution be offered for my grievance, and that an apology be issued for the mistake. I expect proper customer satisfaction to be ensured.

During this process, it was impossible to reach Aras Kargo customer service; I was constantly told they were outside working hours. On Saturday, I received an SMS saying 'Your package has been delivered,' but I did not receive my package. When I called the branch, they again stated that they were outside working hours. On 12.09.2025, I was informed that my package was sent back from Setbaşı branch to Maslak branch due to 'recipient-related return.' It also appears that a transaction was made at the İkitelli Transfer point during this process.

Not only did I not receive my product worth 899 TL, but I also could not reach supplementler.com customer service; my calls were not answered, and I was told 'we are busy' and could not speak to anyone. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, but I know that people around me have had similar grievances. There is no change or deficiency in my address, and no explanation was given as to why my package was not delivered.

I request that my package be delivered to me, that a solution such as a refund be offered to compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced, and that an apology be made for the mistake. I demand that customer satisfaction be ensured.

I have been waiting for 8 days, they return my package as they please, saying the recipient does not accept the package, even though they haven't come to my address.
